Rely On Labor is operated by Mon Catalan Studios LLC. Rely On Labor is an online marketplace that helps businesses and owner/operators connect with laborers and crews for work opportunities. The platform may also sell optional digital platform features, including paid promotion of job listings.
A promoted listing is a paid digital feature that gives an eligible job listing sponsored placement within matching Rely On Labor search or browse results for the duration shown at checkout. Promotion improves placement and visibility but does not guarantee applications, applicants, hires, messages, or any particular business result.
Because promoted-listing placement is a digital service that begins shortly after successful payment, promotion purchases are generally non-refundable once the promotion has been activated. If a duplicate charge occurs, a payment is made in error, or a technical failure on our side prevents the purchased promotion from being provided, contact us and we will review the transaction and, when appropriate, issue a refund or other reasonable remedy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may leave or cancel the payment process before completing checkout and no promotion purchase will be made. Once payment is completed and the digital promotion is activated, the promotion cannot ordinarily be cancelled for a prorated refund. Removing, closing, editing, or otherwise making the underlying listing unavailable does not automatically create a refund right.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or the purchased service was not delivered as described, please contact us first at support@relyonlabor.com so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. You retain any dispute or chargeback rights available to you through your card issuer or applicable law.
Rely On Labor does not currently sell or ship physical goods through this billing flow, so physical-product return and shipping policies do not apply to promoted-listing purchases.
Users may not use paid features or the Service in violation of applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions, payment-network rules, or our Terms of Service. We may decline or reverse transactions when required by law or our payment processor.
