Rely On Labor is an online platform that connects owner/operators with day labor for job listings. We provide tools to post listings, search for labor, manage applications, and communicate with other users.

User content

You retain ownership of content you post on Rely On Labor (profile information, job listings, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post.

Safety disclaimer

Rely On Labor is a platform for connecting managers and crew. We do not verify the qualifications, certifications, or experience of any user. You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of any manager or crew member before participating in a job. Working in any job carries inherent risks, and you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those under your charge.

Intellectual property

All software, design, logos, and content created by Rely On Labor are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rely On Labor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Texas and the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas and the United States.
